| Job Description: |
Candidate will be responsible of following role·
- Make Purchase Orders as per given requirements from Planning & Production team.
- Take quotations from suppliers and make quality & price wise comparison reports.
- Negotiate the contracts effectively to procure the material and equipment with best possible option.
- Strong follow ups with vendors and also manages timelines effectively to make sure material receive on time.
- Generate reports for planning and forecasting of material required for production in support and coordination with planning and store team.
- Inventory controlling analysis through ERP system and Excel reports.
- Take follow ups of invoices and payments.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key suppliers.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, material management and planning skills.
- Stock Rotation from different Units within the company
