Job Description:
  • Diagnose and trouble shoot technical issues related to hardware, network, system and software.
  • Keen understanding of the issues/requirement of the task.
  • Training of engineers in coordination for day to day task management.
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Consistent coordination with clients along with a series of actions, using different tools and for follow ups/feedback.
  • Coordination with internal team for accomplishment of the project/task.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Efficient Management of multiple open issues/tasks
  • Report making
  • Building and maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients and engineers
  • Record maintenance of task/activities.
  • Confer with task / project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Ownership of position / Assigned work.
