Job Description: |
- Diagnose and trouble shoot technical issues related to hardware, network, system and software.
- Keen understanding of the issues/requirement of the task.
- Training of engineers in coordination for day to day task management.
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Consistent coordination with clients along with a series of actions, using different tools and for follow ups/feedback.
- Coordination with internal team for accomplishment of the project/task.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Efficient Management of multiple open issues/tasks
- Report making
- Building and maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients and engineers
- Record maintenance of task/activities.
- Confer with task / project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Ownership of position / Assigned work.
