Position: Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office assistant to to maintain a healthy and successful lifestyle. The Office assistant should research, recommend and observe completion of personal and business tasks. This position does involve working with family members, friends, clients, and personal acquaintances

Duties

The Office assistant will have to be physically present with me during working hours

It is a mobile position so the P.A must accompany me everywhere

Communicate hourly, daily and weekly tasks and ensure completion with follow ups

Create short and long-term goals based on my personal vision

Make notes of important conversations and set reminders

Schedule tasks and ensure all commitments in the calendar are being met

Accompany in meetings, dinners and social gatherings

Carry out tasks that do not require my physical presence

Research and recommend lifestyle enhancing activities such as:

o Podcasts

o Books

o Movies

o Events

o Vacations

o Disciplined diet

o Other

Job Requirements

Experience in a similar role is an asset

Extremely organized and tech savvy

Assertive personality with a passion for success

An interest in philanthropy and social responsibility

Must take initiative in tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner

Must have an active lifestyle and an adequate understanding of healthy nutrition

Must have an active online presence and up to date with the latest social media trends

Comfortable working long hours and be available for communication after hours

Must have a personal vehicle

Must be comfortable in social gatherings

Fluent in English and Urdu for written and spoken communication

Compensation plan

Monthly Salary: 50,000 PKR - 60,000 PKR
