Accounts Senior required for outsourcing services for an Accountancy Practice in the UK (United

Kingdom)

Salary offered: 40kRs - 60kRs per month (dependent on experience)

Job Description

• Easy Tax UK is recruiting for an Accounts Senior who:
• is qualified ACCA
• will work exclusively for Easy Tax UK as a full time employee
• Has atleast 3 years’ outsourcing experience of working for an Accountancy Practice in the UK
• Has experience of managing their own portfolio of clients
• Has experience of managing a team of juniors

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountancy Compliance
• Must have experience of working on Financial Statements production software.
• Examples are IRIS, Taxfiler, Taxcalc etc
• Analyzing information and sending queries to Accounts manager in UK
• Preparing and finalizing Financial Statements and delivering it to the head office in Uk
• Liaising with Accounts manager in UK and get the Accounts finalized
• Ensuring that all Statutory and internal deadlines are met Tax
• Completing and finalizing Self Assessment Tax Returns for sole trader clients
• Preparing and finalizing Corporation Tax returns for Limited Companies
• Bookkeeping, VAT and payroll:
• Must have experience of working on QuickBooks and Xero bookkeeping software
• Must have experience of working on a payroll software
• Completing the bookkeeping of clients on Xero / QuickBooks software and ensuring
• internal bookkeeping deadlines are met
• Preparing and finalizing VAT returns, payroll, CIS returns, and P11ds, and delivering
• it to the Accounts manager on completion
• Firm’s workflow management
• In future managing a team to ensure all internal deadlines and targets are met
• Send VAT, Accounts, Tax Returns, Confirmation Statements reminders to the
• Accounts manager in UK
• Liaising with HMRC on behalf of the clients
