1. Responsible to develop & implement marketing plans both short term and long term to achieve corporate goals.
2. Networking with individuals on LinkedIn & other corporate events organized / sponsored by the company.
3. Develop, implement and manage Albario group’s social media strategy.
4. Create, manage and oversee social media content, and define most important social media KPIs.
5. Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
6. Ensure daily updates on social media & gain maximum reach of posts increasing organic followers.
7. Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
8. Work with marketing agencies and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
9. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
10. Present marketing and social media strategies and execution details to management.
11. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
12. Responsible for assisting in design, production & distribution of all marketing material i.e. brochures, calendars, writing pads, monthly planners or any other item.
13. Vendor Management / Negotiating with vendors.
14. Work with business unit teams to develop marketing and social media strategy.
15. Assist management in developing and implementing marketing strategy of existing and new upcoming service lines.
16. Coordinate with agencies, during the course of preparation and finalization of print advertisements, advertising campaigns, as per marketing plans and budgets.
17. Develop creative briefs, lead content creation, traditional & non-traditional marketing content, and other tactical activities that support the marketing plan.
18. Lead development of creative material that support each marketing campaign in conjunction with creative partners and agencies.
19. Develop and manage timelines that keep marketing calendar creation, campaigns and all related activities well organized and on time.
20. Develop, manage and track marketing budgets, timelines and processes from kick-off to execution.
21. Establish and maintain processes to ensure effective and timely development and execution of programs within defined budget.
22. Identify suitable avenues/events for sponsorships & Employer Branding at Job fairs etc. etc.
23. Conceptualize & prepare marketing material such as brochures, greeting cards, souvenirs, standard memoranda, advertisement material etc. etc.
24. Any other task assigned by the line management.
