| Job Description: |
- Assists in managing the client's social media campaigns.
- Brainstorms campaign ideas.
- Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply it in a professional environment.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Understands the client's business's overall concept, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal processes.
- Assists in creating performance reports.
- Basic knowledge about Digital Marketing.
- Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and able to create strategy following the instructions.
