Job Description:
  • StoneFly Inc. is an IT company headquartered in the Silicon Valley (Hayward) California USA.
  • The innovators of powerful yet cost-effective IP SAN and NAS products, Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager for its branch office in Rawalpindi.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated, result oriented individual who can close the sales and develop a comprehensive strategy to bring in new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
  • Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • C and D-level selling experience for IT products to clients in US and Canada.
  • Must be able to package, price the services and products according to client needs.
  • You must demonstrate a healthy track record of achieving the sales targets with previous employers for at least 2 years.
  • Research customer needs, identify how our solutions meet them, monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Build and nurture client relationships.
  • Expertise in driving the sales process from existing opportunities & close the sales deals.
  • Proven track record of complete sales cycle of converting qualified leads to opportunities and close the deal.  
  • Work with sales teams on their weekly & monthly targets to make sure they achieve their existing quotas as per their projections.
  • Present sales, revenue reports, weekly, monthly and quarterly as per their sales projection for the month.
  • Continuously develop personal leadership, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
