| Job Description: |
- Control and manage stock inventory
- Control and manage empty trays inventory
- Supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Play a vital role in employee’s grievances handling, listen them, investigate them and report to competent authorities.
- Deal with government departments i.e. PFA, wapda, weight scale other local authorities and coordinate with Head Office in all government related matters.
- Manage general maintenance of machinery used in the warehouse
- Inspect condition of tools and equipment
- Closely monitor the CCTV and ensure zero down time
- Ensure compliance on company’s time and attendance policy
- Maintain strong coordination with HR department for preparation of salaries and overtime.
- Ensure compliance on company’s health & safety policy
- Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products
- Track expenses related to fuel.
